Experience the intensity that is "Fight for your Life Training".
You will enter your "Fight Camp" with the goal of beating your former self into submission... shedding the unwanted pounds and developing lean muscle, speed, agility and REAL fight skills!
You will train 3
days a week in small group personal training sessions for your muscular
isolation and strength development and 3 days a week of Kickboxing,
Mits, Ground & Pound drills, X Conditioning and Grappling... (at your discretion).
You will be training at a fighters intensity with our support to get the goals you want.
